Has anyone tried to order from this website before? I ordered something June 1st and I still haven't gotten my order. I e-mailed the owner and I keep getting excuses like her child was in the hospital and she is going to send it out right away and then her parents moved in and then again she was supposed to send my order out right away. I was being patient but I am bad about being naive sometimes so I have to start to wonder by now.

Has anyone else had trouble with this website before?
Just wondering about other people's experiences if any?

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. I have not heard of the website before. You might try to contact the BBB in your area and see what they can do to help resolve the situation... Things happen, we all understand that and from your post, you seem to be more than understanding and reasonable. Good luck in resolving this.. but I would call the BBB...

I will try that...thanks for the idea. She just e-mailed me back with more excuses but that she would refund some of my money. I just want my stuff so I can scrapbook my pages. Guess we'll see what happens.

Refund some of the money.. that seems unacceptable since you haven't gotten any of the products.. so she isn't out any of the money.. Definitely call the BBB....

Is her name Gina? If it is, she has had a few problems and I think she changed the name of her website... can't remember the new name, but let me see if I have it somewhere. I bought her stuff off of eBay using Paypal, but I think she may have had a few problems there too. I thought she was a nice lady, just disorganized.

If you search the business name on BBB, also search the owners name. You can have several files open but the BBB doesn't cross reference info.

She claims to still be working on the items from what I am understanding. She says she has been going through a lot lately. She is now pregnant and bleeding and is very tired and is "cutting while she is still sleepy". So I am assuming that she is claiming to send the items and refund some of my money. Who knows.

Yes her name is Gina. I am getting the feeling that it is that she is just disorganized and not that she is being dishonest.

There have been a lot of people who own businesses thinking that they will have more time but don't realize it is just the opposite.

I think I'll give it a few more days and just burn the bridge and look for something else to use to scrapbook my pages. I paid $5 per paper piece. I was going to use the things I ordered from her to scrapbook my pictures from us on Splash Mountain, Space Mountain and Everest. I'll just figure out something else.

Thought so. Yes, like I said, nice lady but there was always drama of some type or another which is why I haven't ordered from her for quite a while. She sent me an e-mail through eBay when I had ordered several paper piecings from the "Buy It Now" category with many excuses (including the fact that she was traveling to MI for some big scrapbook expo to sell stuff, and something about a family member being ill) but I did eventually get everything I ordered. She had some great ideas, like the little room key pockets decorated for each resort, but you can probably put things together that are just as cute!

Contact your credit card company to dispute the charge, if it's not too late.

I would be very careful of this type of scrapbook items. Honestly I figured she got shut down off ebay because these are most likely copyright infringements. She prints them on paper, cuts them out and sells them. Not sure if this falls under copyright laws or not. I don't care how many times she changes her name.

so it isn't paper piecings?? I wasn't going to order but I looked at her stuff & thought some of it was kinda cool (I guess I thought she did what I did)
all of the Disney stuff would be Disney copyright so I hope she is sending Disney their share

To me these look like digital printed images then attached to a pieces of cardstock and cut around them. I could be wrong but isn't paper piecing where you take the image and cut each part out of different color and put it together like a puzzle? Like what you have to do with cricut cartridges?

It is exactly that - a high-quality digital image printed on cardstock and cut out. I ordered from her because I loved her designs, and always wondered about the copyright infringement angle. All the information she supplied when I asked about it is that her stuff was Disney approved.

Just to let everyone know, I did receive my order Saturday. I received it 2 months after I ordered it.
It is print outs pasted onto cardstock. She does have some good ideas and you could probably use her ideas but get to the end result a different way like using a cricut or something. I was looking for some quick items to finish my special pages. Guess it wasn't all that quick anyway huh? Well I got what I wanted so I am happy now. Just won't do that again!

I think I would ask the creative thread here & see what they can do - after looking at their T-shirt designs, I bet they can top it

Glad to hear you got your order even 2 months late...but it sounds from what you are saying I'm glad I didn't look at the items... I would have expected a true paper piecing... I guess I'll stick to creating my own and borrowing from Reddy!!!
