It's worth persevering for AP rates

I've been phoning periodically to see if I can get an AP rate for my GF booking. I'd phoned the very first day the AP rates were released for my dates and I've phoned about 3 times since with no luck. Well, guess what? I phoned today and got it!

The amount for my date in July was the currently published rate of $85 off for a Deluxe resort, so $170 in total as I've booked two rooms for one night. My rate is now $254 rather than $339. As the GF room rates are substantially higher than the other resorts, it's not as good in percentage terms as $85 off the other Deluxes, but I'm happy with it.
