It's WI Day!!!!

Well the scale made it official this morning. I've been back on WW for one week and I'm down 5 pounds. I'm wondering if this dramatic loss might be due to a false reading... My scale is a bit tempermantal, but I'll take it!!! Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. My goal was to have lost ten by the time I leave for WDW next month, so at this rate I'll achieve that and more! Happy losing!

That is a wonderful way to get started. Congratulations on that and the new clippie. Now, not to put a damper on your excitement, or to be a downer, but don't get discouraged if that doesn't happen each week. Some weeks will be better than others. I remember when I first started, it went that way and then it didn't after a few weeks. I thought I was doing something wrong at first and then was told that was normal.

Please don't think I'm not excited for you because I truly am, it is a wonderful thing. I just didn't want you to set yourself up for disappointment.
