Thank You Pete. Your rant about Corporate Disneys attitude to its customers
and it's effect on our guest experience is spot on. Many of us have noticed this diminishing of the magic over the last many years. Hopefully Bob Igers remarks that the guest experiece is sacred are true remarks and not corporate rhetoric and we will start seeing the return of the magic to WDW, the place so many of us love.
