I just read about this promo a few hours ago and am already willing to ditch our DL trip in Aug for a WDW trip in AUG. Just need to persuade dh to spend the extra $$$ for WDW. I've been on the computer for a coupe of hours now checking airline tickets and computing the $$difference between both trips.

Yes, you can upgrade your theme park tickets.

I guess/hope that length of stay passes are not required? You can still get just a one day base ticket and get free dining? Right? If not, then AP holders are left out.

A one day ticket is all that is required. I already had tickets last year and just bought one day passes for my crew.

So did I, but this year I heard the UK offer required length of stay passes. Of course their offer also required they stayed at a moderate or above, which is why alot of people were concerned that we would have the same requirements. There are some people from the UK who are AP holders and DVCers, so they were basically left out of free dining, unless they wanted to buy the length of stay passes, not activate them, and save them to upgrade to another AP next year.

Oh, well! We'll know in about 12 minutes.

Is anyone only getting 1 day tickets? I already have tickets and was planning to get the one day base ticket to get the plan...Can anyone confirm that a 1 day base is all that is required?
