We have decided to purchase again and do not have time to do a resale. So I have been working with my guide and asked her to see if we could get a room at either AKV value, Club level, or VWL for the dates of Nov 25-30, Dec 2-7 or Dec 9-14. She called me this morning and said you are not going to believe it, she said it was truly a miracle. They had the Nov dates in a Club level Studio.
So our first stay after becoming members again is going to be Club Level, I am so excited.
Just had to share with you.

Thank you!! She has been nothing short of great.. it has taken us a while to decide on this purchase.. I could not ask for more from her. We have used her in the past when we added on.. I really wish that we never sold our points, we had 350 and we just thought it was to much and now with so many nieces and nephews we are really regretting our decision..

I'm not sure what they do. I do know at some resorts they can pull from cash reservations through DVC. I originally wanted to book a value and there was nothing she could do and then VWL and the same thing. But I called her this morning anxious threw that out there. She called me back within a couple of hours and she was blown away that we were able to get it..

I wanted to mention also that she was able to get us December use year so we are able to use 2011 and 2012 points. We have a trip planned next June that we will need 3 studios and she made sure that was available for us to. We have enough points for this trip and the June trip with some 2012 points left to either bank or take another trip

Maybe at other resorts, or other room types, but there are only a max of 6 CL studios and that's if there aren't any 2 beds booked for that time. So I highly doubt that they would hold a CL room just in the off case that someone buys direct and wants a CL room. I think you got some major pixie dust working for you!
