It's time to check in online but the page won't load!

I can get in to reserve excursions but there is no way to check in online. What am I missing?

It's a website glitch. I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago when my check in window opened. The online check in link appeared about 12:40am. There have been reports from other people of the link not showing up until much later.

what's so frustrating is that the link was there but I chose to book excursions first, and now it's gone... and I'm ready to go to bed

This happened to me at midnight on Tuesday. The online part didn't appear until 5:45 AM.

I clicked to make a special request and when it bounced me back it was there. It was about 12:00 central, 1am eastern.

Glad I didn't wait up. Decided to risk it and go to bed. I did all mine at 7:30 this morning and still got all my first choices. I Website was even faster than usual. Only thing that was full were the cabanas but I wasn't hoping for one anyway. Those must have gone to all you night owls can't wait for our trip!

I tried the midnight check in on Friday night/Saturday morning, and wasn't able to check in either, but was able to still book the excursions. There were probably 10 or so cabanas available, which surprised me, but I figured they'd be gone by morning. When I got up at 7 to actually check in, I looked at excursions...and still had half a dozen cabanas available! Made me want to book one for the day, lol! (Hubby said no ) Oh well...was still very surprised that they weren't all taken the first night!

Silver!!! That's what made it so surprising to me! I've never logged in before and seen a cabana available - didn't even realize they existed until after our first cruise was over!

For me it was the wonder, but whenever I added a request to the room (a bad rail) instantly the link became available. It might be coincidence but I don't know because I had refreshed literally 500 times minimum before then.

The Disney Wonder, for the April 22 sailing. I believe it was the 90 day date - I would totally have snagged one if we had a bigger group!
