OMG I tried going online to plan a trip for October 2009 but they are only taking room ressies right now at the rack rates. I know that they will start taking ressies for the packages sometime over the summer...I check the site everyday so I can tell Lumar how much it will cost and hopefully he will let me book it.... although we are seriously considering moving to Florida so we might not need the whole kit n' kaboodle....

MOVING TO FLORIDA?? That would be suhweeeeet! Keep me posted on this!

It's not he says we can't do anything until all my debt is paid off, which is a smart thing to do, but everytime I think I'm gonna have money to make a big payment towards something, I have some other reason to drop money. It stinks

I swear this is just how life is, and it freakin sucks! I have a little money saved up for this trip, but this summer I have to get Robby's senior pictures taken. It is so never ending with kids! One of them always needs money for something. I told Jay last night I'm thinking of getting a part time job to go along with my full time job. Just a few hours a week. Enough for the extras. Our pump in our pool took a crap and neither of us has the money right now to replace it. It's supposed to get real warm starting tomorrow and our pool looks like a swamp!!

This is a picture of my uncle (he was like a brother, only 4 years older than me), my mom and my uncles partner. The little one is Brandi.
My uncle passed away in 98' and my mother passed away almost 3 years ago. This picture was taken in 89'

This was the last time we went to Disney with my mom.

Robby is 17 (3-91)
Matthew is 15(10-92)

Do you find it is easier when 1 is away doing something with somone? If I only had 2 at a time it was fine, but DAMN! When all 3 were together, one of them had to team up with 1 of the others and gang up on the 3rd.

Because they are usually in trouble for something she has told them to do!

I am somewhat grateful that Sam likes to go away for weekends whether it is to friends or to grandma's because she isn't the greatest with the boys and she believes that she should have been the only child. Some days she does a 180 and she is great unfortunately those are the times when I am punishing the boys and she is like it's ok honey come sit with me. Then I get even more pissed! Because they are usually in trouble for something she has told them to do!

I SO TOTALLY know what you are talking about. Brandi was always with her grandma. It was really nice, but I think we lost a lot of the mother/daughter bond along the way. We are working on it now, but she's stuck in her ways (cough****spoiled****cough) and I'm stuck in mine.

Oh I know how that is, if it wasn't my mother spoiling her than it was my grandmother. My mom still is bad and I tell her it isn't fair that she doesn't do it for the boys.

When I was ten I got a sail boat for my birthday, at 8 I went to the bahamas with her and at 16 she talked my uncle into taking me for the summer to babysit in Hawaii for 9 weeks. at 13 I went to bermuda. For three years I had a junior membership to the yacht club and never paid for a thing except my gas for the small motor boat that we had. I had a charge account for all the food that I wanted and my grandfather paid it weekly.

and i did move out for a summer to live with them it was just all about location, it was quicker for me to get to the club and all my friends lived around my grandparents. I was very jealous when my daughter was born because they paid a lot of attentions to her and not me. Then I grew up!

what can I say I was spoiled but I have just now been able to say that Never would I have said it before. My grandparents looked at it this way if I was at the club than I wasn't on the streets. And Heck I had to eat and where does a 12 year old get money to eat! The trip my grandmother said she needed a travel companion! my grand father hate to travel! and HAWAII was a trip from hell it was to babysit for the spawn of SATAN!

Aw i knew everyone would be sad when i said i wasnt going to be dissing for a few days but i didnt think that they wouldnt be talking to...... man o man only one more day of this 14 hour fun!!! i can hardly wait!!!

I waited on a a couple who had a disney card and we were talking about it, i think i want to get one, its a easy way to Earn some extra money for disney! i think im also going to get my roommate to do a yard sale with me, get rid of all my extra clothes that i dont wear, i cant even hang all my clothes up anymore, so i think thats a good idea!!! any other ideas? i also have been painting so im thinking about putting some paintings up on ebay.

I just want to be able to be like hey i like that, i want to buy it, and not even think twice about money when im on vacation... everybody wants to do it, but im going to be able to do it!

I will! i found a website that helps you convert the cost of living from one state to another. Basically, if I make $32,000 a year here in CT (which they tell me I do ) then I need to make approximately $16,800 a year in Florida in order to maintain my "current lifestyle." Since my "current lifestyle" includes at least one trip to WDW every year, if we live there I won't have to pay for airfare and all that jazz so that drastically reduces the amount of money I have to make.... RIGHT????!!!

Thankfully our pool pump is still working... my mom cranked out all the water off of the cover last weekend and today it POURED rain....so tomorrow she is gonna pump it out again and hopefully open the pool up!

I hear you on the 2nd job thing though... I work 11:15am - 7:15pm Monday through Friday so a 2nd job doesn't really fit into my schedule. With the money I make, you would think that one job would be enough but it just isn't. We've been trying to cut out unnecessary spending where ever we can but it's much harder than we thought it would be....

Just got the filter yesterday. It is a very lovely shade of fungus now! We put a bunch of shock it in it and the water was just kind of fizzing green. Kind of weird! And Scary. But hopefully by this weekend we will be swimming.
