It's Snowing AGAIN!!

Update:

DH has just arrived safely back :)

Lots of snow still everywhere, but it's very wet and will make a wonderful skating rink once it freezes!

Younger DD has had to abandon the car in which she was getting a lift home from college with three others, and they've started to walk the 5 miles, but apparently someone is on their way to get them! I hope they make it back before it gets dark as their route is over a common and through narrow lanes (although there won't be much traffic!). I'm trying not to worry any more than strictly necessary!

good news about DH Hilary, I hope that DD is not too late, ty not to worry to much, the positive side is that there is a group of them. Please let us know when she is home with you.

Our is about gone. It has been melting all day. Stumpy's head fell off this afternoon..

Enjoy.. :teeth:

Phew! DD is now home - so we're all safe and sound at last :grouphug:

Glad all the family are home safe and sound Hilary:goodvibes

Vicki and my father-in-law arrived in Caerphilly well over an hour after they left here, a journey that normally takes 25 mins, but they are there safe and sound thank goodness.

Love the photo Jules:thumbsup2

brilliant news to hear that everyone is home safe and sound - I think it calls for a glass of wine ...

I'll drink to that, Jules.:drinking1 Well, you know me; I'll drink to anything! :rotfl:

Ian looks so sorry for himself. Wrap him up warm and give him a hug from me.

Jules,

NICE JACKET!!

Not only sensible but high fashion - who'd have thought it eh??

Hope he's thawed out now - bet his first beer tasted nice!! No cap I notice - I've a trendy one he could have is he needs one:thumbsup2

Matt

Thanks Deb, I have given him a hug, he is nicely thawed now .... Had my glass of wine, hope you are enjoying something alcoholic at the moment.

Matt he has had several beers now, and is a lot more mellow. How very dare you offer him that hat, it was bought especially for you, and is the height of fashion in these parts. I take offence that you would think of parting with it. :rotfl2:

meant to ask Matt, did you see Holiday this week, Laurence Llewellyn Bowen was in Dallas drinking a 49 dollar margarita !!

Jules, Jules, Jules, calm yourself my small Welsh dear. I love my hat, and it is a indication of the esteem in which I hold young Ian that I would even dream to part with it:rotfl:

Also, $49 margaritas are easily attainable in this house - it's all down to the amount of Tequila you stick in 'em! Personally I prefer mine straight from the Tequila bottle with a wedge of lime in the neck:drinking1 :drinking1

well if you put it like that my tall Gloucester Chick, I will forgive you, you must be quite attached to us both, who would have thought you would ever say that about Welsh people !

Ian is threatening to post the pic of me sleeping at your house as revenge, but as Deb is featured also I think I may get away with it !!

Post it I say!

If it is of you sleeping then it must feature me, bearing in mind you were coiled around me like a Boa Constrictor!

I dont think deb will mind if he does it, she looks far more human than I do, she just looks like she is having a chat with you ! I will ponder on allowing him to do it, as he is technically challenged he would need my help
