Now, onto some food reviews, which I will also include pictures, and do by park. So, up first, we have
Magic Kingdom!
-Main Street Bakery: Turkey Sandwich & Banana Bread Pudding.
Good! I picked off 2 slices of the meat, and ended up taking off 1 slice of the bread, its just too much, and I like to actually taste the veggies, meat & cheese rather than just bread. A nice light meal in the parks, and HUGE portion, It was nice, fresh & yummy (and remember I was eating it at like, 9pm!) The banana bread pudding was ah-may-zing, nice &doughy. Would definitely eat it again!
-Pecos Bills: Taco Salad
-Good, the shell was a little greasy tasting, and the beef was a little dry, more taco bell tasting than it was the last time. I also didnt get sour cream, as you have to ask for it at the counter, and I had forgotten, that would have helped a lot. However, I just cant get over the grease level in the shell, it was gross to me. I probably wouldnt order this next trip!
-Cosmic Rays: Turkey Sandwich & Iced Coffee
Great, picked out ½ the meat and ¾ of the bread, but again, thats just me, the weird weird way I eat, and it was just too much. Love the pesto sauce and the red onion, I like that theres more than just lettuce & tomato on something! The coffee was good too, not super milky either, which for a lactose intolerant girl like me, can be a problem, with it though, no problems whatsoever. Would definitely order again!
-Aloha Isle: Pineapple & Orange Swirl
-Good, not a great combo, I would go for just Orange or the Pineapple & vanilla swirl next time. Super creamy & delicious overall! I would get the vanilla next time!
-Pinnocios Village Hause: Penne & Meatballs
-Great, just again, too big! The pasta here tastes like multigrain pasta, and sometimes Im not really big on that, it has that grainy texture to it, and sometimes thats just too strong. The meat balls werent fatty, and didnt taste that way at all, good for a big hungry dinner for counter service. I would probably order it again.
Animal Kingdom: Food Cart:
->Crumb Cake & Coffee.
I found the coffee to be super super hot, and they had no option of non-milky iced coffees, then again, Im sure if you asked them to fill the cup with ice before the coffee, theyd do it. The crumb cake was good, not really a substantial breakfast, I wish the cart had fruit (as its right by rope drop) but again, the cake was good. The powdered sugar kept getting inhaled though, which is always a problem haha!! I would probably just grab coffee from here again.
Epcot: Tangerine Café in Morocco: Slider Combo
-Good, I put all 3 of the sides on each slider, they were a little dry & bland, but still pretty good, I found myself just wishing that the hummus was put inside the pita before everything so it wasnt as dry. I think next time I would try something else.
DHS: Starring Rolls: Red Velvet Cheesecake Cupcake.
-Best. Snack. Ever. Its so light & fluffy & moist & rich! The cake is amazing, the icing is amazing, nothing over powers anything, I can actually finish it myself (although I shouldnt haha!) Would I get it again? DUH! Best ever.
Kona Café: Tonga Toast
-WOW! Super fluffy & delcious, oh my goodness it was amazing. Super sweet, but not over powering, I think it tasted best in the strawberry compote (which tasted like 1900 Park Fares strawberry soup) I would 100% order it again!
