It's official!

For those of you reading this forum in December you may remember that my husband's granddaughter, Isabella came to live with us 3 weeks before a scheduled trip to WDW. You encouraged us to relax and enjoy the trip with her and we did. Well, today we went to court and became her permanent legal guardians. We're thrilled to have the legalities all tied up.

And we're happy to be able to plan another trip to WDW with her and her half-sister who lives with another set of grandparents. It's going to be such fun with both girls. They'll get to spend 8 days together enjoying Mickey and the gang and each other.

Life continues to be an adventure! It's true. Children keep you young (and sleep deprived.)

Wonderful news. Isabella is very lucky to have the 2 of you in her life. You took a horrible situation and are making a "real childhood" for her. I also think it is great that your working with the grandparents of the 1/2 sister.
