It's never too early....WHO'S GOING DURING 12/04???

Our group of family and friends will be at SOG from Dec 6-13. This will be our first Dec trip. Once my DW saw the Travel Channel show about the holidays at WDW, we had to book.

Me, me, me, me!! I can't wait. DH has a 2 week golf trip to Scotland with his brothers and father planned for this summer, so I have a 2 week Disney trip planned with my MIL for Dec 2004!!! I've never seent he holiday decorations so I can't wait!.

It will be me, my MIL, my DD age 6, my DD age 4, and my DS age 2 1/2 when we go. I've booked the All Star Movies (2 rooms) for 11/30 - 12/14 (we're driving, a first for me, so I will refine the dates of travel when it gets closer).

I'm watching for MVMCP tickets to go on sale, and I'm calling soon for Luau tickets.

I can't wait!! Thanks for the thread!!!:smooth:

We will be there 11/28 -12/5. Doing 5 night at BCV and then heading over to Universal for a few nights possibly. If codes come out then we will add on those few nights at WL instead! CAN'T WAIT!! Never to soon to statrt planning in my opinion, but since we have not been since Dec 2002, I am extra amped!:D :D princess: ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo

Sure hope we can go. I haven't told the kids anything yet in case it doesn't work out for some awful reason, but we'll be there in early Dec! Yippee! :Pinkbounc
Our airfare will be close to $500 each, so I'm really trying to cut costs where ever I can.

Been planning this one since we came back 12/02!

Plan on doing the last Thursday night MVMCP, staying at AKL.

By the time we all go, this thread is going to be 100+ pages long!!! LOL!!!!

Early Dec. people---we are almost below 300 days!!! That deserves a happy dance!

Ten days until the 300 day happy dance!
:jumping1:

Hey, maybe we should keep our excitement on the down low. We don't want to attract more people to the wonders of December and make it harder to get on BTMRR, RnRC, ToT...hehe.

We'll be there! Our dates are 12/15 - 12/26. 11 Nights @ VWL. We can't wait!

Sorry but we can't be on page two!!!

Since we're not going til nearly Christmas we are still well over the 300 day mark but anxiously awaiting getting under the 330 day return date mark so I can look for transportation. We're leaning toward autotrain as the boys think it'll be a great adventure (Gosh I sure hope so) and the added convenience of loading up our minivan with Christmas junk plus luggage is more appealing than flying with too much.

How is everyone else arriving in Orlando??

We are hoping to fly, but will be waiting on cheaper flights. We do have the luxury of living within a reasonable (10 hour) driving distance just in case.
The thing to do when flying is to bring the maximum baggage, including carry-on, and pack minimally in hopes of doing laundry. That was you have quite a bit of space to pack souvenirs. In December, I bought the big Main Street Train set and seemed to have forgotten how big it really was (larger than my largest suitcase). But I was able to ship it home via FedEx through Disney for $20. Not bad.

We are flying (obviously!!!) Fortunately for us, I can always get the $99 each way special from Southwest. If they ever discontinued that special I would be lost! Total airfare for the five of us will come in around $1100.

My biggest frustration right now is rental car! The days and times of our flights have us renting for 1 week and 4 days! If it was another day, it would be the two week MUCH LOWER rate!!!

Was just there Dec 30-Jan 10 and am DESPARATELY trying to talk my boyfriend into another trip this year...help me out guys, spread me some pixie dust, and let's hope he says yes!:jumping2:

I could have sworn that I posted on this thread but I don't see me here anywhere.

Dec 3-11 at BCV. We have both grandmas coming, my mom the first time with her grandkids - but she's coming in on Dec 2 and leaving Dec 6 - teacher you know.

But we are doing MVMCP for sure.

My mom and I are planning yet another "girls only" trip from Nov 26th to Dec 5th. This will be our 3rd trip since I have become an adult and we also went twice when I was younger.

We are staying at the Pop Century in a preferred building.

We are awaiting the sale of MVMCP tickets, and we will also book LTT for dinner before the party. We have gone to MVMCP twice and MNSSHP once.

We are also planning to try for an Illuminations cruise for one of the nights during our stay, is anyone else going to try for the cruise?

Going at this time of the year is our very favorite time to go, Im really hoping the Osborne lights are up this year! That is one of my favorite reasons for going in Dec.

We have already booked the Hoop De Doo and look forward to being able to make more plans!! We always say we will wing it and not make too many PS's and then we always have every day planned! LOL

Can't wait!!!:hyper:

In 2004 one in June our first time to visit in June and our December trip which we've been doing each year since 1992.::yes:: :hyper: :wave2:

Bumping it back, we need to stay focused here people!!
Ten months and counting....

There will be 9 of us going 12-1-04 to the 10th. Aunt's, Uncle's, Cousion's, and Grandparents. We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge, first time in a delux and can't wait. Visiting my daughter who will be a CM. We are also waiting for MVMCP tickets to pop up for sale. Keeping my eyes on airfair also. I love these boards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going on our very first Disney vacation. I haven't been to Disney since 1981, so I imagine things have changed slightly. :P

We are going from December 9th to the 16th. I am more than excited. Only 10 months to go!!

Our family of 5, me, DH and our 3 DD's will be staying at SSR Dec. 5-10, 2004. This will be our first December visit so we are looking forward to the Festivities. I cannot wait to see the World Showcase in Epcot decorated for the holidays. I bet it is awesome.
