Hi, I'm a new member here (from the UK) and would first like to say WHAT A WONDERFUL BOARD you've got here! You're all so happy people, and this place is very active. :cool1:

I'm going to Disney World on December 14th to the 28th, and am SO SO looking forward to it. It's making me feel physically sick sometimes the anticipation and it's still weeks away!

I'll be 17 when we go, but I've always wanted to go since I knew it existed. Some people my age wouldn't appreciate a lot of the things like the minor details, but I surely do. I havn't even been to Disney yet and it's got a grip on me. :earseek: ... I've always loved theme parks and I've got a pass at Alton Towers, which is also very magical.

Passing the time has become difficult! LOL .... I want to just skip all the days until the night before we go! :Pinkbounc For me, the holiday begins when I step out the door to get in the car to Manchester Airport.

Have you been like this? Or are you like it now? Where you just want to SKIP loads of days, so you tend to try and pass the time!?

I'm a 30 something going for almost the 25th time....and I still can't make the days fly by fast enough! I hope you enjoy yourself thoroughly. :flower:

Welcome to the DIS! Hope you enjoy it here, & have a great time when you go!

Welcome :wave2: Have a great time on your holiday trip and yes I know the exact feeling you are having :cloud9:. It really goes a lot faster when you can spend time on these boards researching questions you may and to help your family plan the trip. :rotfl:

I just took my 1st trip (at age 25) in September on my Honeymoon and I was on :cloud9: the whole time....planning a trip in May and can't make the days go by fast enough!

Have a magical trip!

We'll be arriving shortly after you, Jamie. Although I've been several times, the excitement never abates. I've been working details on this trip since FebruarY! These boards go a long way towards keeping the excitement level high.

My DD is also 17, and although she'll never show it to ME, I know she and her brother 15 are both very excited about this trip, too. Have a wonderful trip!

Hi and welcome.

Planning is part of the fun and is one of the reasons why these boards are so popular - it is exciting going back to Florida and I actualy like looking ahead to when we go just as much as the big day itself.

Welcome and have a wonderful time! My kids are almost 15 and 13 and have been many, many times and love Disney. We are going next Thurs for a short 4 day trip. We went to Disneyland in July for the 50th! You are going to be in absolute "Awe" when you arrive. I still remember my husbands first trip and he was amazed by it all and still looks foward to each trip!
