Epcot

We had to get up to get the car back for 9.30 so we were up and ready and the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day. Dont we all just love the Florida sun :D.

When we arrive at the car care centre we thought we were going to get dropped back at Magic jingdom and have to get the monorail but they said they would take us any where on Disney property (thats when we learnt that they would of picked us up from Dolphin hotel) So we got our own ride to Epcot.

Epcot is by far my favourite park and I know every one is such a big fan of the food and wine bu personaly Epcot is much better with out it with out the drunks and people just stod every where. I understand people are on holiday and want to enjoy them selves a few drinks with a meal or one or two but I personaly think that being intoxiated infront of children in someways we saw wasnt appropiate. Im not aiming that any one just a personal opinion of my own.

Any way here is the Beautiful ball

So its about 9.45 and we head over to Test track where the que is 10 minutes I think its only ten minutes because of that video which really does make me chuckle its so outadate now lol

After test track we went and had a look at all those beautiful fish manatees dolphins sharks and sting rays we didnt do the nemo ride I dont think Dave was too impressed last year I do love the themeing when you walk through oh well there is always next year.

Another ball lol

After watching the Dolphin show and doing a bit of shopping itswas nearly 11 so we went to start our journey around the world well the sun was so lovely today and not a cloud in the sky so we sat out side the pub in the UK over looking world show case with a drink each I had a coke and Dave had a strongbow. We had quiet alot of glares as we had the only table that was in the sun I think people were jealous and people were satat our table when Dave left (I was still stood there picking up the plastic cups)

We love Boardwalk and plan to get married here in 2 years :D so we went to go have a look round to our delight there was a wedding going on so we got to have a quick peak at what it would be like. Beautiful place and we were so chuffed and knew this was the right place for us.

I had read alot about the cake at Boardwalk Bakery and decided to use a snack voucher each this is our 1st one we have used and wow we could of shared the cheese cake I had it was huge I couldnt eat it all. Dave had a danish pastry and had no problem finishing his lol. After a lovely stroll round and a sit on the beach watching the ducks and boats we decided to head back round the world.

I think Disney did this so well and I think you really get a feel of the place you are visiting just walking through.

Japan had the drum ceremony out side we stood and watched this we were so chuffed with our meal last night we decided to have Japanese for quick service lunch we shared one as I couldnt eat a whole on after that cake lol.

Once we had finished Japan it was about 4 o'clock we had reservations for 7 and we wanted to go back and change so a quick bus trip back for a sprose up and change of out fit we were back on the bus at 6.15.

We arrived about 6.40 to Le Cellier and it was really busy so we checked in and waited out side thinking we wouldnt be going in for ages whilst dave pinched a quick kiss our waiter came over to take us to our table feeling a bit bashful inerupting our public display of affection he he.

I really like the feel of this place all cosy even if the tables are very close together I for got to mention three waiters/waitress have said happy anniversary to us we werent celebrating an anniversary and thought this was strange lol oh well we just said thank you.

Our server was Patrick he was brilliant very funny and charming he kept suggesdting cocktails for me but Im only 20 and cant enjoy the delight of them till next year so I felt jealous I couldnt try one :( I really wanted to try theice wine as I have read about how good it is I just kept thinking next year lol

We shared a cheese soup to start that was very good :D I had the Fillet mingion and Dave had the veal T bone I dont know if it was the bread or what but I was really full up I was gutted as well as I really wanted the Smores for desert so I didnt eat all my main :( after ordering our deserts Patrick brought over 2 glasses of champagne for us to celebrate our anniversary (lol that we werent having still) I didnt know what to do Im under age (why does it feel like such a big thing over there I had a glass or two of wine before I was 18 here) Well I drank it and most of Daves too and it was good.

Our desert was yummy what I could fit in Dave had the whickey cake and said it was really good. All full up and bursting at the seams we left a nice tip
our meal tonight come to $117.22

Disney feels me with so many emotions I laugh because Im having so much fun I feel sad because I know every night means another day closer to going home I smile from all the memories we have and will share there. :D

When we got back we got off at the first stop and had a look round the grounds in the dark. One of the pools.

we watched beetle juice what a strange film in bed dont know what time we nodded off but it wasnt too long after the film finished

Leanne,
I've just snapped to the fact that you are 20 years old. That really surprises me as you are writing a very well rounded trip report and expressing opinions that sound quite mature. Your youthful enthusiasm wasn't a clue to your age because we all seem to peel back the years at Disney places. You and Dave have made a good start at creating a lifetime of memories--and smart girl, you're documenting them in your trip report.

What a lovely relaxing day. :goodvibes

I guess the cheddar cheese soup is rather filling so I think when we go to Le Cellier I'll 'persuade' DH to order it ~ that way i can try it but still have room for a dessert!

Tinks -I am enjoying your report -especially the pictures!
I wanted to offer a little insight into the drinking thing. As you have noticed -Americans drive everywhere (unless you are in a few major cities that have good public transport)

When the drinking age was 18 we were having lots of fatalities due to drunk driving. That is why the government raised it. To decrease accidents -which were common in the 18-21 age group.

You guys have a much better trains, buses and so on.:)

Another great report!

Boardwalk will be an amazing venue to tie the knot (already looking forward to your report about that!)

I was interested to read that your server at Le Cellier had given you alcohol without asking for ID - I was refused when I asked for a beer at the Canada F&W tent a few weeks back and I'm 48!!:lmao:

Lovely day, I hope you have a Disney wedding they are amazing, we got married at the Pavilion in 2000 it was lovely.

Another fabby report!

We loved the Boardwalk too. We saw a wedding going on there too and observed from a polite distance. It look lovely and I was jealous. Too late for us as we are already wed but have already hinted to my hubby that perhaps as we had a very very small wedding that in 3 years time on our 10th anniversary we could go and renew our vows:idea:!!!! We'll see!! LOL

Another lovely day & a great way to celebrate your anniversary;)
