I do...maybe to add to it, I should have the realtor get her other clients drunk to come look at our house. That way, they'll be drunk when they get here.

What does "staging the house" mean? Are you moving the furniture around?

(I had to hide half my beanies when the decorator came - and I was still embarrassed by how many I had all over the place!)

Imsorry-Staging the house is when the realtor comes over and makes your house look as 'sellable' as possible. I assume there will be movement of furniture...I'm sure the list of crap I have to do will be a mile long. Darn paint touchups!
I don't know when we will put it on the market...but soon I guess.
