I have been on this high protein/low carb thing for a long time -- I allow myself so many carbs a day --- and since I started drinking them with the half and half it becomes addictive

been moving more towards the south beach diet -- and their menus --

That's what I figured since you said the sugarfree vanilla as well. I am going to buy the SouthBeach book tonight at bookclub.
I can't do Splenda though. It makes me verrry sick.

I won't do Breve either. I've read the nutrition menu at Starbucks and I can't even think about it. Plus I don't like cream or even 2% milk.
