It's finally here (almost) I am so excited!!

After waiting months and months, tomorrow is the big day. Manchester United (the most popular team in the world in any sport) comes to Seattle to play Celtic!!

And my kids (and dh) bought me the coaching symposium tickets for Mother's day which means I get to meet the coaches and players before and after the game!!!! I might actually get to meet Van Nistleroy, Keane, Giggs, Scholes, Solkjaer and the rest. Even without Beckham, I'm still so excited.

Any tips on getting through the wait until tomorrow?

Beckham's not playing?? Why not?

We kind of got screwed here in Cleveland -- earlier, they had announced that we were going to have Manchester Utd. and Celtic playing here too, but just the other day, the ads suddenly said Boca Juniors instead of Manchester. Granted, I'd still love to see that game, but it's not quite the same draw as Manchester would have been.

Beckham got traded.

A good friend of mine lives in Seattle, and I seriously considered making the cross-country trip for that game. I guess I will have to impatiently wait for Germany '06, and any big games that come to RFK.

Have fun, and I would LOVE to hear all about it. I am so jealous!

And they didn't get Ronaldinho either. He ended up signing with Barcelona. I was hoping to see him play too.

Still I'm not too disappointed.
