My family must have just banned me from it then!!

I drive them sooooooo mad with Christmas that they've enforced a ban on me this year, saying if I start my Christmas overdrive before October, there won't be a Christmas!!

loool My mum says that every year but i just ignore her

ok, the build up to christmas has now officially started, marks and spencers have got their christmas cards in YIPPEE. Sorry, but i too love christmas, our tree goes up on the 1st Dec and DS2 starts looking up the chimney for santa.:yay:

I can't wait until I can go late night shopping once the lights have been switched on, this usually happens mid nov, the only downside to this is Keith Harris and Orville turn them on every year (I'm not a great fan).:)

Conor (Brother) just came home from getting his hair cut and he's brought me home a packet of Galaxy 'Misteltoe Kisses'....

Ive been in Tescos today and they have Advent calendars, selection boxes and Christmas choccies on sale

I agree. I love Christmas but its a bit earlier to buy things like that - Im sure they'll be out of date by Christmas if not they'll be eaten :rotfl:

:rotfl:

as much as i love xmas and the planning / run up etc

i agree that early sept is TOO early, for choccies etc to be appearing in the shops !

I saw the calenders and chocolates yesterday and they also had mince pies - I actually checked them for a sell by date and it is October - Mince pie with your coffee anyone?

I also noticed a poster on the way out that the big tins of sweets were bogof. I know if I bought them now they would never last till Xmas:rotfl:

Hurray, people agree with me :rotfl:

I love Christmas as much as next person, but I prefer to get to November 6th before I start thinking about it in any major capacity, then about 8th December before I start becoming obsessed :goodvibes
