We're finally leaving on our first family Disney trip tomorrow. When I was growing up we went all the time and I live in MA. Now I only live a few hours away and I haven't been since I've lived in FL!
I thought it was around 1999 when I took my last trip, but I just dig out my old ticket and it says August 1996!! The funny thing is the ticket price is about the same as today. We had a 4 day park hopper with a AAA discount and it says $144 on the back. I'm not sure exactly what a 4 day pass costs, but I know the 3-day pass with AAA and FL resident discount is only going to cost me $118!!
Now my husband has made fun of me for saving this ticket in my wallet since 1996, but I knew better. There was one day left on there and I knew someday I'd get to use it. That day si tomorrow!! I hope all those years in my wallet didn't screw up the magnetic strip or something...
