I love hearing all the wish lists! I'm still waiting on my disney email or call to set up details. We want to stay at one of the monorail resorts.
My son's favorite ride/attraction in all of WDW is the monorail. He was beyond excited when we discovered the monorail trading cards last year and spent the rest of our vacation trying to collect the disney transportation cards. My best friend and I split a night in the Contemporary for his birthday last year with 4 boys under the age of 6. He still won't stop talking about it and wants to know when he can go back to the "monorail hotel." While nice, I would like to experience GF or Poly. I spent a night in the GF with my friend's family when I was a teenager, and met Hulk Hogan filming Thunder in Paradise. I was so excited about that I don't remember much about the resort!

Ok PHEW I found this thread. I was in panic that I could not find you, but now I'm trying to figure out how to follow the thread. eeek new things to learn.

Someone asked why their pictures was gone. If I have this right, only those that did their own costume pictures stayed. The forum ones are gone but thought I read they were creating new ones or something. Can't remember details. Don't ask me how I made mine, I dont' remember. LOL

I was so bummed when I got up this morning and the DIS was down. I wanted to say "HEY the enter button is gone". But now it feels like it's not that funny. But I said it anyway. LOL
This is going to be interesting. I hope people, especially winners find this.

Planning my winning trip (as soon as Betty emails me -- seriously, what's the hold up?) in my head...

Monorail Resorts in order: CR, Poly, GF
Epcot: BC or BW
Other: AKL or AoA Suites -- just for the space and theming

We are definitely a commando touring family and always stay value, but this year we're also doing WWoHP (my 8 year old is reading GOF right now) and are splitting our stay. Would love to be able to extend that on Disney's dime as it's also our 25th wedding anniversary!

The new DIS is taking some navigation and getting used to, but things seem faster and more streamlined. Good luck with all the techie transitioning and stuff. At least it's not Disney IT, right?

I found when I looked at the watched threads I had to ask for it to show me all the watched threads to find this one.

So while the Patriots were busying winning the Super Bowl I was talking to my 13 year old niece via text as she was keeping me posted that her new baby cousin was being born. He was born during the game.
She is at the hospital now with her mother and grandmother visiting her new cousin.

I kept her preoccupied talking about going to WDW together when our long lost relative pays for our trip. It was a fun dream for both of us.
Imagine if I won and took her to the Castle. My goodness this is going to be hard if I win. Too many people I want to take with me.

I entered the smuckers contest as well. Has anyone seen the prize choices for that one? Wow a $1,200 shopping spree gift card!!! Can I shop that much in Disney? Lol.

"Snowcation day" here in MA too. I hate this weather. One year ago I was down enjoying POR on a solo trip. Wish I was there today.
I will say that the day the Patriots are in MK I would probably stay clear. Then again how much more fun would it be to be there and post a picture to back home telling them where I was. But alas I'm off by a year.

Rinny - it was not my direct family. It was my brother's wife's brother. But I was happy for them anyway. Congrats to your family.

I hope everyone finds this thread soon. I know I already had someone private poke me asking how to get to it.
We have a lot to learn but I can see the function of this new board might be even more fun once we get used to it.

I am in Essex county, today is more ice then snow... at least i didn't have to go to to the office right !
