It's Back-January Trip-A-Day Contest!

Hello. I am new to this board. I am also a winner of the Flipside contest (Jan 5th) and got as far as the confirmation email from Betty. However, it is now March and I still have not heard from Disney to plan my trip. I have even contacted Betty to let her know that I have not heard anything since her confirmation email at the end of Jan. I am starting to worry that I missed a step.

Any advice from the other winners?

Is it any resort, or are there specific ones to choose from?

That's good to hear. I figured they would. Although my brother and his family are planning to go in Aug, and having lived in FL for three years, not sure I want to experience Orlando in Aug again

As Reality to FANTASY already said, you get to pick your top 3 from Disney's Deluxe resorts, and you also give Disney your top 3 5-day/4-night dates for travel. You can note on the questionnaire whether your resort choice or dates are more important. Say you really want to stay at a certain resort and your dates are somewhat flexible, or your dates are firm because of work or school schedules or your brother's trip -- let Disney know.

I just received my confirmation yesterday! Second choice on dates, first choice on resort. We'll be staying at the Poly in October, I cannot wait! <3 I read my questionnaire response again and again and it gave no indication at all about the 90 days! I called last Thursday because it had been over three weeks without a peep and she said she'd see if they could get me done in the next week.

I received our confirmation today. We are staying at the GF September 21-25 with a 2 night extended stay at AKL through DVC.

There was a lot of yaking during January about that contest. My guess is that because it was a daily contest everyone was excited. And for some cold and snow had them stuck in. Well Perfect Fit is coming to close. Although only 1 winner from this one, It would be cool to win myself but as the PP said it will be cool to have a Dis'er win. We are having a heat wave (40s-50s) here in Massachusetts this week. I'm not as desperate to get away. Funny the catch 22 of the months when the idea of flying is a challenge are the months I can't wait to plan a vacation.
I still don't know if I will get to my happy place this Fall but I look forward to 2016 with hope I can work out the details and get my wish.

I'm entering the England/France one. The taxes will be fairly high, but it's a trip I'm wanting to do soon anyway.

I'm still entering Perfect Fit daily, not much longer. The Food Network Magazine (I think it is) has one that started the 20th and goes into May. Saw it on FB, but need to go read the rules, etc.

The inbox/spam folds made me laugh out loud.
I keep checking anyway but ya not finding anything good.
I do seem to have a lot of long lost relatives or luck of a random email find for millions in countries that I didn't know excited until they were mentioned in my spam folder.

I'm holding out for Perfect fit. You know what would be awesome?
If I won perfect fit AND my son got the summer internship he applied for. Both notifications happen in the next week.

I am not entering the England/France one because it is only for two people! This seems odd for a family-oriented Disney-related contest. I am sure it is a matter of expense and, obviously, it is entirely up to the sponsors what they want to donate for a prize, but I can't see myself taking one of my kids on the trip and leaving DH and the other kid at home! Nor can I imagine paying the expense of two extra people on top of paying taxes for the prize. Anywho, not like I would have won it anyway, but just a little annoyed not to have one more sweeps to enter!

This is the contest where you post a pic of you and a pet. It's seriously a daily ritual- making sure I enter every single one, I think I have a 4 or 5 going right now! Sad!!
