Tell me about it! I'm tired just from trying to outlast everyone. I have stuff to get done, I spent the last few days with my butt glued to the chair, but it did wonders for my TR!

My parents arrive a week from tomorrow, I need to clear off the dining room table so we can eat at it. Then I need to clear the dining area in Apt. 2 so they have a place to eat breakfast in the mornings.

As Apt 2 the now emptied one? Does this mean the remodel is done, and after the partents visit you will let the tenants in?

OK Long Properties 101

We have three physical properties that we own and manage. 1st Street, De Soto & La Pasada.

1st Street is a duplex where her father used to live. The back unit is currently being completely renovated. When it is done it will be rented, but eventually we plan on moving in there.

La Pasada is a 5 unit building about 1-2 miles from our home (near Cal State). It is completely rented, but all the units have their original. 1950s kitchen tile. Two units have remodeled bathrooms, the other three have pink bathrooms.

De Soto is a four unit building where we live. Apartments 1 & 2 are where we live. Earlier this year we put a door inbetween the two apartments so that we can pass through the two without having to go outside. We rent out #3 (tenants are moving out this week so it will be on the market again). #4 is the office for our sheet music business which we will be closing down as soon as 1st St. & #3 are rented.
