Finally caught up and now my dinner plans seem mediocre.

I'm tired and didn't even get out of bed until noon.

I'm glad you got some sleep compared to the other night.

I slept a good amount last night too. Weird dreams that I don't remember anymore.

Well I wasn't actually sleeping, I was sitting in bed watching TV and DISing on my phone! :rotfl2:

With cooking all that meat and then the concert I'm wiped. Tomorrow is spa day at the GCH :lovestruc:

Yum. Love homemade pizza.
We are getting a presentation with free pizza on Friday :yay:
It will be from then place just downstairs which is soooooo good. Run by Italians they make thin crust pizza

Well, the pizza came out awesome :) DBF and my uncle enjoyed it, as did my parents. I really liked it, too, since I changed a couple things (used half wheat flour and half white flour, as well as brushed olive oil on the crusts before spreading the sauce and then also putting corn meal under the crusts in the pans). Mike just left, so I'm going to be heading to bed shortly, since I'm just exhausted.

How thick was the crust? Chicago style?

Dana would be the expert but my experience in Chicago is that although they are known for deep dish. Places like Pizzanos make thin crust. It was crunchier than an Italian or new York thin crust. But it was thinner

And of course Dana...photo please :teeth:
Unless you forgot....

This is the kind of crust I like the least.

I like it doughy, chewy and the crust bubbly.
