I think I iced about 25-30 cakes, and decorated one But it was a good day

Only like 2tbsp of the fudge icing, to be honest. The decorating counter is visible from the sales floor, so... Yeah.

Mostly 1/2 sheet cakes, but I did two cases of round cakes, too. There was a lot of cake. I should've taken a picture of my apron at the end of the day, I was COVERED in frosting.

I think she said we're going to do cupcakes tomorrow, along with something else, but I don't remember what.

That's pretty much what it is, yeah. Once Kelly (the woman training me) found out that I pretty much knew what I was doing, she just kept giving me cakes to ice We got a LOT done today.
