I couldn't care less what people call it. I only wish they would find a cure.

This. I don't care what anyone calls it. I do care when people use this terrible disease to joke about forgetfulness. I have two cousins who do this. I don't seee either one often and it seems that every time I do one or the other will forget something and then say they have Alzheimer's. Just liek that. I add that it is a disease and not one that is funny if you are living with it. Does not seem to bother them.
