Hello! I am planning my first trip to WDW and I decided to make a PTR/TR out of it! I am so excited. We were originally going to go to DLR in Sept for 5 days. THEN we decided we wanted to go to WDW for the first time instead in September. Doing a little bit of planning today I decided it would work out even more for us if we went sooner! So now we are in the midst of planning a WDW trip for May! Not too much longer now! Let's just hope this all works out. :thumbsup2

-INTRO: My name is Sophie and I am engaged to my HS sweetheart. We have been dating 5 years in April, so this will be our 5 year anniversary trip just a little bit late. :lovestruc

-DATES: Our plane is going to leave at 9:59PM on Friday night, and arrive in FL at 4:59am. We won't check in until whatever check in time is on Saturday but we will leave our bags at the front desk. We won't be taking much so we don't have to check in our luggage. We can deal with stuffing our clothes into one suitecase or whatever, will have to do research on the limits to carry-on luggage. We will be flying back to AZ on the 19th of May at 8:59pm, so that gives us a pretty long day to be at the parks! Will probably leave around 5 or so to get back to the airport. So that's Friday May 13 (basically the plane is our hotel room for that night), 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, half day 19th. 6 Days for a first visit with limited time off work, that's a pretty good deal!

-HOTEL/DINING/TIX: So far we're planning on staying at the All-Star Music Resort, in a basic room. We've included the Quick Service dining plan. I thought about doing the sit-down dining plan but with the parks being so new and exciting I don't think we'll want to spend all our time being in sit down restaurants. We'll save that for our honeymoon trip! :woohoo: I got 6 day park hoppers. It would be too weird to spend the whole day in one park, when we are so used to hopping. :yay:

That's all I can really think of right now! Will post more about what to do each day, rides and shows we must do, and where to eat! Suggestions are very much appreciated! :thumbsup2

Whooohooo! Got to love May. We are going then, too!
I have been to Disney 2x before and this will be our 3rd in May. I am a newbie to the pre-trip report thing, as well. Happy planning!!!

Thank you! I'm very excited to go. I've never been to WDW so this is pretty overwhelming. :scared1: Will give your PTR a look tomorrow. I have the day off so I have the whole day to myself to plan this trip! :cloud9:
