Ok - I finally got back on here. You would think that, since I've basically been on the couch/in bed for two weeks, I could get back here more often, buuuttt....
VERY cool Hallowishes pics. Wasn't it fun??? I listened to that soundtrack constantly after you guys brought it back. I actually caught DS #1 listening to it the other day on DH's MP3. He likes the "Grim Grinning Ghosts" song.
Sorry I missed you guys (and Black Friday) when you were down! I'm looking forward to a nice long visit at Christmas!
I have been so bad about updating my TR!! I am going to try to be better at updating more quickly.
When I last left off we had just finished the night at MNSSHP. We woke up and found that it was pouring outside. We took our time getting ready and headed to the bus stop.
The rain had stopped by then but we still had our ponchos just in case. We met a nice family at the bus stop while we were waiting. They liked DH’s “Dunder Mifflin” shirt. We love The Office.
We arrived to Epcot where it was sprinkling. As we were walking up to Epcot we were near a group of 4 men who were talking very loudly. Let me just say I overheard them discussing one of the most un-Disney topics I have ever heard anywhere. Complete with hand gestures. I was so shocked I quickly moved as far over as I could.
We got through the ticket line quickly and we stopped to put on our ponchos as the rain picked up.
The bad thing about the rain was the lack of Photopass photographers out. We headed toward World Showcase and we took tons of pictures of the buildings. The Food and Wine Festival signs were all really cool. I took a lot of pictures of the kiosks. We went into stores and just took our time making our way towards Italy.
Our ADR was four 2:00. It was around 1:00 and we were starving. DH suggested we go ahead and see if they could get us in sooner. Tutto Italia is very pretty inside. We were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. Our waiter was wonderful. DH had the spaghetti with veal meatballs. I had the lasagna. They brought out bread, oil for dipping and a small bowl with olives and pickles. The bread and oil are very good. Our table was in a good location right next to some windows. The servers in this restaurant were amazing. They were so helpful and efficient. Our food came and it was so good! Three bites in Dh asked if we could eat here the next time we came. For dessert I had the Hazelnut Torte and Dh had cream puffs filled with ice cream that was covered in chocolate sauce. They were both amazing. The torte was very rich, but I am a chocolate person so it was really good to me. Dh loved his dessert. I tried it and it was very good. We rolled out of Tutto Italia and continued on around World Showcase.
This trip we just had the best time taking pictures and just soaking in the atmosphere. It was so nice! We made our way to Future World. We explored Mousegears (which is one of my favorite Disney stores). We decided we wanted to go back to the room to rest before heading out to Boma.
I will be adding more pictures after I get them uploaded.
I was surprised when it was raining that there were any photopass photographers out at all. Maybe because it was just sprinkling was why they were still out...??
