Good luck. I own at OKW and love it! The appearance, laid back atmosphere, the room size, parking near the door and the maintenance dues are lower than most.

Do you mind if I ask about your offer? Our OKW offer was listed at $60 per point. We offered and seller accepted $55.

We paid what the seller was asking because I didn't dare go any lower. Our offer was $55 dollars pp, all of 11s points and 12s points still to come. We split closing cost and pro rated MF's.
