dd had a late lacrosse practice yesterday... stopped in at target for ketchup (and the dollar spot has changed over by the way) but that's not her fault. :) this part of the story is her fault. stopped in at M's since it's across the street... they still had the cuttlebug dies on clearance. so now I own the robot set and the cat/fish set (the kid cuttlebug dies) and some random set of hearts and stamps for the regular cuttlebug... if she hadn't talked about it, I wouldn't have known about it. :) (and easter was 60% off and st patricks was 80% off). maggie

:cool1: She's a good enabler! I may need to check them out...:rolleyes1

I forgot about that, an excuse to go to the Michael's here. Haven't been yet.

Hope you're going to do the boy/girl swap - I could so use some stuff made with tin toys :goodvibes That alone would justify your naughtiness:rolleyes1 :lmao:

What??? :confused3 ;) :rotfl2:

very funny Nancy! I have a legit excuse for being absent. I was being a good little Daughter in law. I brought my MIL home from rehab, now I am heading out to get my monsters.

As for the cuttlebug, if you hadn't talked about it in the first place Maggie, I would have continued to skip the whole aisle forever more. Enabler! Man I guess it's a good thing the car show is in Maine this year, your DH would take your car keys and Gertie so we couldn't play together.

I bought the robots too, they are soooo cute! And yes Mazda I will be using them for the boy/girl swap. LOL

Hey! Hey! I knew you were being the good DIL!!! How is MIL settling in? Good I hope..

Ok, off to get my monsters.. I'll be in/out because my monsters have activites everyWHERE tonight.. I think it'll take 2 tanks of gas for everywhere they have to go... DS7 gets to be my "wing man" because he is the only one that doesn't have an activity!!! He likes that job though because it means that he gets a snack out while waiting on kids!

it's SOOOOOO not my fault!:lmao: I haven't been in there in ages.... maggie

That Buffy is such a trouble maker!:scared: :rotfl2:

she's doing ok, just tired. It was a long day and they were late getting pain meds in so she was hurtin' pretty bad when I picked her up. Her home health aide was there when we got home so she took over so I could leave. BTW have I mentioned that when I die I just want to be here one minute and gone the next. This whole going down hill thing is for the birds.

yeah ok!

FYI and you can sooo lay the blame on me. Cuttlebugs Kids are now at Walmart 3.96 for the small pack. $9-12 for the larger (I think) and the machine is $20 (Is that a good deal?) and the binder, which I did pick up was $12. It holds 64 dies.

just remember that you can't use regular cuttlebug dies in the cuttlebug kid machine I don't think. (I vaguely remember a post about this over on 2 peas ages ago) maggie

she had the flu and got up to use the bathroom and fell. She was so weak the walker rolled away from her. She tore her skin pretty bad, picture peeling apart wet paper towels. So they have to fix that, get fluids in her etc. She was ok enough to be released from the hospital but not well enough to return home alone so they sent her to rehab. It's close to our house so that was good. She got to go home today and looks pretty good, all things considered. and they did a fabulous job fixing the skin on her arm, it looks great.

I know it was one of those things where you could use one with both sets of dies but not the other. I guess I'll stick with my sizzix for now.

Need a fix? ;) :lmao: :lmao:

Glad to hear MamaR is doing well.

you have no idea how bad I need to escape from reality. I feel a Dunkin Donuts run coming on. Did ya know we are getting a Starbucks across the street from the bowling alley and down from Walmart??? I've been doing drive-by's every day. :rolleyes1

and I'm sad because I can't come play with you on the 12th, I'll be stuck in H -E - double hockey sticks for 8 hours with my lovely offspring.

I think April 6th we need to do some cricut shopping! :woohoo: There's a Starbucks nearby. :goodvibes

Hmmmm is my anniversary on my approved list for shopping days??? Btw I have yet to tell my DH about my little shopping spree with you. :rolleyes1

I did NOT just read that. I want the binder. They are remodeling my Wally World and there is stuff all over the place, nothing is organized (worse than usual). Wonder if I can find them....
