Happy 10th anniversary to one of my most favorite Disney movies ever..... Aladdin! It premired November 25, 1992. My first true Disney obsession was this movie- it switched to Beauty and the Beast a few years later. I've seen it a total of about 19 times and know it by heart. 
Fun facts-
3 Disney characters make cameos! Genie's head becomes Pinochio at one point, Genie pulls Sebastion out of his cookbook during the prince transformation scene, and look closely at the Sultan's stack of toys and you can see the Beast!
Lea Solonga, Jasmine's original singing voice, originated the role of Kim in Miss Saigon as well as sang for Mulan. For the sequals, Liz Calloway, another Broadway singer, took over.
Aladdin went through numerous story changes and actually had an entire set of songs that were dropped from the film. Alternate versions included Aladdin's mother, 3 friends named Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, and even a second genie!
Steve Wiener (forgive me if I've misspelled his name), the speaking voice of Aladdin played DJ's boyfriend, Steve, on the series Full House.
