This was the only ride where I was actually looking forward to browsing through the exit queue/ gift shop AND THERE WASN'T ONE! :guilty: Did I completely miss it?? When they renovated the front of the ride did they take it away? Was there ever a gift shop there?? I can't believe I'm complaining about a lack of gift shops at WDW, but I would really like a IASW t-shirt :sad1: Is there another place in MK that has such things??

I know last year when we left the ride there was a little cart outside that had IASW merchandise. I remember what I think was a child's size shirt, some dolls, and keychains. They may have had more but I can't remember.

This is a good question. I am not really sure about a IASW gift shop or not. Try this email as they might be able to help you on your search. WDW.mail.order@disneyworld.com

P.S. Here is a number that you can call too. (407) 363-6200

Good Luck.

We have bought items from the cart outside IASW but it seems that since the rehab and new entrance the cart has not been there. I have seen some items on the shelves just outside the door of the Philharmagic shop. This was a couple of trips ago however.

Thanks for the ideas/ suggestions. :sunny:

This isn't exactly a souvenier since it's not in the parks, BUT...

If you love it's a small world...

They sell Dolls in Wal-Mart and K-Mart of the dolls in the ride! Theyre so cute! I have Holland and Mexico myself but I have seen others in K-Mart since I bought mine at Wal-Mart.

They are part of the Disney "Brass Key" collection, if you've ever seen those.

DD got a toy boat with 4 children from IASW on it. She loves it and played with it the whole time we were there in the hotel. She would push it on the floor and sing the IASW song......It was so cute...the first 500 times. DH was hoping the boat got lost with our luggage on the way home. NOPE, it is upstairs in the bathtub toy basket. Whenever it comes out so does the song!

I'll have to take a look at WalMart. I have never heard of the collection. The boat sounds adorable!!!

We got ds the plastic boat with the kid figures (I think it was around $15 or $20) right outside of the Philharmagic shop. They also had fabric balls that zipped open and had different people inside. Those were a bit more, but I can't remember how much.

Also, we brought my parents back a little IASW snowglobe that played the tune when you pushed a button. It was $12.99 and we got it at the big store on Main Street (Emporium? I can't remember). At that point it was nearish to the first entrance of the store (near the barber shop). Of course this was a couple years ago. I know they had a few more things, but I can't remember what, exactly.

When I looked a few years ago, I was told they were making "Barbie" type dolls to represent the countries :sad2: . The best thing about that ride is the animatronic character that they have. Those dolls have the cutest faces, and they think "Barbie" will sell better?

I was able to get a small snowglobe and a throw for DD through the Laughingplace store online. Check there.

The little cart outside has so many cute things. There was an IASW throw there that had all the children on it for forty dollars. I thought that it was too much money and didn't get it. I have regreted that decision ever since!! If they are still there this time, it's mine!!

At Disneyland there is a gift shop once you get off the ride, but at Disney World I do not believe there is a building. I found it rather odd also.
