At first, I was shocked and then I heard TK's voice in my head.

Okay, seriously. Could you consider putting a disclaimer in front of these? I mean, honestly, this on induced the all too familiar and absolutely disgusting hacking cough laugh. I think it's time for some ice cream.

You mean that worrying about shoes, knowing obscure movie quotes, having a trip binder, and owning ONLY OPI nail polish isn't enough? What's next...needing to spell out L-A-P-U L-A-P-U on my fingernails and painting little pineapples on my thumbsnails? Maybe having to carry a decorated notebook everywhere I go so everyone can see how much I want to be a Lapu? Because I'll do it, you know...

I have many many voices in there. To name a few I have, Nice LL voice, Mean & Nasty LL voice, LL making fun of DH voice, LL talking to the Kitties voice, Saracastic Work Voice and many many many more.

Lists make me happy. This is no secret to my PTR readers. One of the things I am most looking forward to at Disney is taking photos, photographs, pictures, snapshots if you will. Though I have no cool magical to make them moving pictures a la Harry Potter, I still enjoy taking a nice photo. What is shocking is that I do not have a photo list!?! This will just not do. Therefore I am presenting to you my new photo lists that I will print out and laminate as soon I as finish this post. I am not including photopass photos, just photos that I want to take myself. Tonight is Part 1 of the lists.

Magic Kingdom
*Partners Statues, both Walt & Mickey and Roy & Minnie.
*Lady & The Tramp Paw Prints --- I actually came up with a super cute idea for this picture that I am hoping to do. You will have to read my TR to see if I was able to do it.
*The wooden leg named Smith at the Frontierland Train Station.
*Cinderella's Castle from many vantage points --- Obviously.
*Fantasyland Pictures --- I feel like I never really enjoy Fantasyland and want to take lots of pictures.
*Crystal Palace --- I think the Crystal Palace is just beautiful and fun to take pictures of.
*Sword in the Stone.
*The Mosaic in the Castle.
*The Liberty Tree at Night with the Lanterns lit.
*The Carousel.
*The Cinderella Fountain.
*Gus & Jaq at CRT.
*The little details of Main Street, USA.
*Picture of the shelf in Main Street Train Station --- I saw this detail in the Imagineering Field Guide to the Magic Kingdom and it's just so cute. I hope it's still there. I am not revealing because I believe some readers will be getting the book to enjoy for themselves.

Obviously, there will be many many more pictures taken by moi. These are the little things that I will probably forget when I get there and I have been overtaken with the joy of actually being at WDW after a Three Year 1 Month 1 Week and 1 day absence. Yes, I counted.

In other trip related news, I have shoe drama no more.
Sneakers --- Working like a charm. Wore them to the Red Sox game, no blisters, though I did wear bandaids on my heels, didn't want to risk it so close to the trip. They are very supportive and will work well.

Adidas Flippies --- They are like little pieces of heaven on my footsies. I really really like them and have been wearing them around the house when I am not at work. I am going to wear them more this weekend.

Teva Mush Floppers --- All you need is love, love, love is all you need. Yes. I have shoe love. Can you believe it? I can't. I am glad I ordered the mens, they fit beautifully, I probably could have gone down a size but they work and I am so done returning shoes.

Crocs Cleo --- These are little darlings. I have been wearing them to work, which makes me love them even more. They are super duper comfy and I really think I could wear them for a lengthy time in the parks.

With all of the data that I have collected through this painstaking I have formulated a plan of attack called:
As the Shoe Falls a.k.a. LL's Shoe Journey.
1. Wear sneakers during morning touring.
2. Rest those footsies during nap/swim period each afternoon.
3. Give DH puppy dog eyes for foot rubs before returning to the park.
4. Depending on foot feelings we have a couple of options.
4-A. If footsies are sore and tired, wear sneakers again.
4-B. If feeling fine, wear Croc Capris. Bring either Adidas flippies or mush floppers in Vera Bradley Bag to switch in case of wear and tear.
4-C. If feet are feeling really saucy, do the ol' switcharoo with 4-B. Wear flippies or floppers and bring Croc Capris in VB Bag.
5. On short mornings or non park mornings, live a little and wear Croc Capris. Bring back up.
6. Always have bandaids in VB Bag.
7. Rest often.
8. Always have backup shoes if needed in VB Bag.

If all else fails, look into renting/making one of these for 2009's trip.

That's a great list of photos you plan to take. Mine are more like when the mood strikes. Hee hee. But you're cultivating your love of photography, and that gorillapod is just begging to be used. I hope to see some beautiful night time shots. Perhaps of fireworks? Pretty please?

Maybe that would motivate me to take out my camera in spite of a nasty headache! Or at the very least, I'd remember that I have pictures I want to take, and if I really feel that badly I'd know the consequences beforehand.

And what can I say about As the Shoe Falls? I'm very glad your shoe drama is over, and that you have a plan and contingency plan in place.

And I gotta say--what kind of man wakes up one day and thinks to himself, "Yanno what'd be cool? Riding around in a pink stiletto! Oh yes! I will be chauffeured!" That picture is hilarious!

To be honest, DH rolled his eyes when I told him I had a shoe wearing plan. Men. Pffft.

I am going to try my very bestest to get firework pictures. I really wish I had been able to test out the new camera and gorillapod for firework picture taking but I didn't. I am going to have to wing it. We might have to see numerous firework shows for me to get it right.

In fact, I was inspired to make this photo list from your TR because I had the same camera affliction as you when we were on the cruise. I really really don't want to miss out just because I am tired and cranky. I am hoping the list will guide me well.

He does have new-ish sneakers. He got them for his Birthday in April but didn't break them in until right before the cruise so they are still nice and supportive. I offered to get him another pair so he could switch it up but he doesn't think he'll need it. Men. Pffft.

No they don't. He has pool shoes and boat shoe type shoes that he will bring. I might try to convince him to bring his older sneakers just in case.
