Hi Everyone,

My Dh and I said lets go for it
We are going to do our vow renewal for our 15 year anny.


I am thinking sunset point becasue of the beach and background.

It is going to be on Dec 18 2007

I know a long time to still plan but I am looking for help and thoughts from everyone.

I am looking to do this for under 5 k for my family trip and wedding


I guess I am lost can you tell.

I am looking at 10 adults which include dh and I and 5 kids

Now tell if if this was your wedding what would you do and how

Again I want this to happen for under 5 k if possible.

We are not drinkers so dont worry to much about the bar tab. IN fact I was thinking of dumping the campaine for like white grape juice : Is that even posible and not be charge 60 dollars a bottle?

We are doing the same thing for our 15yr anniversary. But ours isn't until June 2008 - an even longer wait than yours!! We would like to do it at Sunset Point, too. I haven't seen the location in person, yet, but we plan scope it out on our upcoming trip. I have as many questions as you do!! At least we have plenty of time to figure it all out I thnk the night of the wedding, we are going to treat everyone to either Ohanas or HoopDeDoo. I'm leaning toward the HoopDeDoo, because I do have a lot of people in my family who are drinkers. Sorry I can't answer any questions, but have fun planning!!

I believe that sunset pointe starts at 2500 for 4 people. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure this is what I was quoted as a beginning price when I looked into it.

Then what you are looking for is an intimate VR. Yes you can substitute the champagne for sparkling grape juice, but they tell you that you get the champagne anyway, but you pay for the white grape juice. At least that is what I remember.

You are going to have the best time!!! Start getting your ideas together now, and that will make the time go by faster!!

The currant price for an intimate wedding/vow renewal at an outdoor site is about $3500, I think. The cheaper way to do it is called an "intimate add-on". Disney won't tell you about this,you have to ask. It has all the same elements as the regular intimate minus hotel room & park tickets. It's usually cheaper to book the room separately. That way you can take advantage of any discounts such as AAA (usually about 15% cheaper), & you can stay at one of the Value resorts such as Pop Century to save a little more money. & buy your park tickets on your own.The currant cost of the add-on is $2350. DD is doing this at Sunset Pointe.
The intimate pkg includes: Out-door site, officiant,violinist, 4 hours of limo,2 tiered wedding cake, bride's bouquet, 1 bottle champagne (this can be traded for 2 bottles sparkling cider) & 2 hours photography.
The new pkg includes 4 guests. However, you can have up to 18 guests + bride & groom for just the cost of extra beverages. Each bottle holds 6 glasses according to our EM. The cake cutting is done at the wedding site. There is no reception, but many couples go to one of the restaurants for a wedding dinner afterwards. You can wear wedding atire at any of the resort restaurants, but not in any of the parks.
