It's a fine Sunday!

We did church and I have to run to the grocery store but after that I think I'll take DD to the pool. I biked 80 miles yesterday and my legs are a little sore so lounging by the pool sounds really nice.

Chores chores chores...that's what Sundays are for (and Saturdays coincidentally).

Already did Breakfast, church, grocery store and straightening up my room. Now I'm working on laundry, will clean the bathrooms, make lunch, throw the kids in bed for nap and then take a little break for myself.

Well slow getting up since the princess and I were watching the meteor shower till 3 am last night. It was cool. Think I will lay be the pool today as well.

Washing the car, edging the lawn... waiting for the SOX game on XM radio... cleaning the house... blah blah blah!

It's a beyooootiful day in So CA! Later I will make a trip to the market and scour their loading dock for boxes so the kids can box up their stuff and switch bedrooms. DD18 can't understand why she has to give up the biggest bedroom to her younger sibling when she leaves for college!

Varitek baby! My old jersey had Damon on it, and I aptly got rid of that.

Excellent choice I must say!!! MY DD has an autographed Damon jersey that used to be her most prized possesion...now not so much (although I do have to keep reminding her he was very awesome to her when she got it signed) My other DD has the jersey curse, every time she gets a shirt or jersey the player gets traded...she's got quite the collection going, Nomar, Hillenbrand, Pedro, Trot Nixon....hopefully the trend does not continue because now she has Beckett and Coco shirts. I have to say my family pretty much enjoys every team memeber except Willy NO Pena We are heading to the beach now but will be back to watch the last part of the game

Isn't it funny how they think nothing is allowed to change while they are gone! My DD is heading off to her first year of college and is apalled everytime we make a reference to anything that might change or what the rest of us might do while she is gone.

My house went through the same thing when my older sister went off to college.
