Hey everyone... taking a break for making cookies.. organizing Christmas here.. feeling a little overwhelmed.. and Gina I am making your ricotta cake for Christmas... I just wanted to wish Merry Christmas to all and God Bless us everyone..

I am a Christmas Carol maniac....and collect Dickens memorabilia especially to do with the Christmas Carol.. One year I decided to cook a Christmas goose and have a Dickens Christmas here.. except... that was the year I fell in the basement and broke my leg...and poor Tommy and daughters had to pull it together.....needless to say I do not remember my Dickens' Christmas as I was in so much pain and in a drug induced state.. but I do love the Christmas Carol.
