yeah, he and paul used to be good buddies, then somehow the beatles catalogue fell into the wrong hands, and it went up for bid, so paul and yoko bid for it (john and george had passed on) and they lost to mj, so paul was like heh, yeah, funny, now please can i have my songs back? and mj said no. so they fell out. and everytime paul wants to play a beatles song, he has to pay. even though he wrote it.
