It's 3:16 AM and I've spent the last four hours...

...working on an outline for a speech on "Computer Use Policies in the Workplace." It's due in 6 hours. They need to have commercials: "Procrastinate? Just say no!"

Seriously though I'm about ready to smack my head on the table. Anyone have any more coffee??

Oh yeah in addition to turing in this outline in 6 hours I ALSO have to give a 2 minute impromptu speech. I'll find out the topic in class and have 2 minutes to prepare an introduction, two main points, and a conclusion. That's in addition to the two exams I have.

My son called me last night (on other matters) and said he embarrasingly dozed off in his Philosophy class the other morning after staying up til 3:00. Ahhh......brings back memories of me staying up half the night studying. It was in college where my love of coffee kicked in!!

Thanks for the well wishes! I finished my outline and from the looks of it, half the class was up until the middle of the night working on it!

My impromptu speech went well. We all had to write down a "topic" on a notecard. Then we had to randomly pick one of the cards...well I got my topic, "If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?" Worked out perfectly; just gave a 2 minute speech on why I would want to go to Egypt and got 10/10 points.

My Macroeconomics exam went very well. Not nearly as hard as I was expecting but I DID spend half the day yesterday studying for it.

The only thing I have left today is my statistics exam. I don't know the material well, but we are allowed one page of notes/equations so that should help. And if I don't do so good, I can re-do the exam during finals week. We don't have a final, but have the option of re-doing an exam to get a better score.

I'm so glad everthing worked out! I managed to get about 2 hours of sleep and in a few hours I am all set for Fall Break!
