Itinerary question..weekends vs weekdays

Ok, so I'm planning for next year with our DDs aged 5.5 and 3yo then. So far, we plan to do the following: Legoland, beach, hollywood/beverly hills, universal, and DL (2 days). I'm trying to figure out a schedule, if we're there Friday - Friday. We want to keep DL til last. So, here is what I tentatively have...

Fri - fly in, no plans
Sat - Legoland
Sun - Beach
Mon - Beverly Hills/Hollywood
Tue - Universal
Wed - DL
Thurs - DL
Fri - leave

My question is, between Legoland, Beach, and beverly hills/hollywood...whats the best time to go to each? Should we change those around, and do a beach on a weekday, hollywood on Sun? Or keep it as is? Any opinions?

I would switch the beach to a weekday. It can be so impossible to park and crazy to try to watch kids when it is super crowded on a weekend. From what I remember from when I lived in So Cal, weekdays were more locals and MUCH quieter.

Good advice from TRSE, but it definitely depends on which Beach and what time of year. Also, be very careful as to which Beach you chose to go to. Some are more tourist friendly while others cater to locals. Good luck!
