Be a little careful about staying up late at night (for a 5 y.o.) and planning early things the next morning. Remember if you're planning to be somewhere at 7:30 or 8, you're getting up early enough to get everyone dressed and ready, and then (depending on your transpo sitch) getting to your destination. Being somewhere at 7:30am could mean a 5:30am wakeup call after having been out the night before. Also, as exhausted as you will be when coming to the room for the night, it could take a while to wind-down from the excitement of the day. Have a great trip.

sounds okay, but I have a few suggestions....

if you want to do EE at Epcot on Wed, you will miss it if you go to Chef Mickey's...

Tues- do chef Mickey's at 7:30 and then monorail to MK
break/ then Epcot and Mexico for dinner. FYI-the kid's chicken nugges on the menu are TERRIBLE. Lots of breading and grease, very little chicken. Other than that, the restaurant is GREAT!

Wed- EE at Epcot- do a late breakfast at the Storybook Princess breakfast, skip lunch and do a great sit-down dinner at MGM for he Fantasmic dinner package. I would take a break here, too, if need be.

Thurs-EE at MK do the cinderella Dinner. You can alwasy do a late breakfast at CRT, so you don't miss the prime early hours.

You can also keep the original plan and just do chef mickey's on your last day. I just think doing it the day of Epcot's EE is cutting it close.

Sounds a bit ambitious for a five year old to keep up with. I know after a full day of travel, all of us were ready for an early night. This might be a good idea if you have plans for early morning at CRT.

I would skip having lunch in Tomorrowland on Tuesday and definitely head back to the hotel for a snack and a break if you are park hopping, otherwise you're DD might just be falling asleep at the dinner table in Mexico (I've had that happen).

My DD's least favorite park was Epcot this time around (she was just turning 6). If you think she needs some down time by Wednesday, I would sleep in and hang out at the hotel for the morning. We were able to do everything on her list at MGM in just a few hours, so you could possibly plan on heading in at lunchtime. That might keep her fresh for doing Boardwalk afterwards.

Five was a tough age for us, DD thought she was "too old" to be riding in a stroller, but those little legs just couldn't go all day. We finally came to a compromise with her, she only rode in the stroller when she was tired. She did even end up taking a few naps while being pushed around. If you're DD is willing, you may be able to stick to your planned itinerary.

I was also going to suggest skipping the EE at Epcot on Wednesday. There really isn't anything during an EE there for a 5YO.

I agree with spending the morning poolside. You have some busy days Mon. and Tues. and can probably pull them off if you can count on Wednesday morning for rest and relaxation. Head out and go directly to MGM. Head over toward Indiana Jones and have lunch at the Backlot Express. Not bad counter food!

I would also suggest taking a break in the afternoon. YOU'RE going to need it. Plus it gives you a chance to enjoy the pool if it's warm enough, or some of the other hotel amenities.

Also if you skip EE at Epcot (good idea since only thrill rides are open), go to MGM or AK. Those parks should be less crowded.

I agree about the children's chicken meal at Mexico. We just ate there, but my husband and I weren't thrilled about the whole place. It was so dark in the restaurant, and our overpriced lunch (dinner is even more expensive) was not much better than Taco Bell. The boat ride is worth a stop, especially if you want to escape inside, but there are so many great restaurants in World Showcase.

I suggest that you eat lunch at the Yacht Club Galley on Wednesday. It is between MGM and Epcot and I think it have very good food.
