Itinerary planning worksheet

Hi~
For whatever reason, nothing is coming up on search. Long story short--new computer--thought I migrated the document I was using--it's nowhere to be found on the new computer! Can anyone help by pming me their itinerary planning template? I know the one I was using was a Word document, divided into about 10 "grids" or boxes for each day, was broken down into am/pm, PS info--even the weather. It was awesome!
