DD 15 and I are going for 10 days 8/9. At first she said she didn't want to do parks all 10 days but now she says she wants to do them 9 days! Can I fit a stroll on the boardwalk, Disney Quest and mini golf in one day? Although I assume she is going to get sick of the parks and we'll be able to do these things after a half day at the parks. This is our first time on site and our first time not having to go gonzo at the parks. It's going to be so nice to go back to the pool midday.

You should be able to fit the stroll on the board walk, disney quest and mini golf. It would be a tight fit. If you had to cut one I suggest to cut out Disneyquest. It's fun but in need of an update and maybe a full refurb.

Personally, I'd buy 7 day tickets then add more days once you're there if desired. Also if you really will do that many days, I'd compare prices to an AP. It's probably not much more and if you could squeeze another trip in within 12 months, you wouldn't need to buy tickets. :thumbsup2

Yes but don't count on it. I've seen water get in there before. I put my phone and camera in a ziplock in my purse just in case.
Us too. It's good enough to put our shoes & socks to stay fairly dry. I don't mind getting wet but having soaking wet socks & sneakers is really not comfortable.

We once did a 9 day trip and used this strategy: We spent 3 day @ MK, 3 days @ Epcot, 2 days @ HS and 1 day @ AK. We spent one full day and 2 half days @ MK and Epcot. 1 full day and one half day @ HS and one full day @ AK. For the half days we picked one day to be an early day and one day to be a late day. On early days we went on early entry days and left around lunch or early afternoon to enjoy time at the pool and to have dinner at a resort or DTD. On our late days we would sleep in and spend the morning around the pool, eat lunch at the resort and then head into the park. Many of the attractions have a different feel or experience in the dark.
Some of our favorite evening things to do in the evening: Hoop De Doo Review, Board Walk or have dinner @ Ohana and then head to the beach to watch Wishes.

I have to chime in on this one ,
I usually buy something or occasionally I just ask for a large plastic park bag to put my purse in and I also like to put my shoes and socks in there too ,but 9 out of ten 10 times they say I need to leave my shoes on -sometimes I remember to bring cheap flip flops that I keep in the bottom of my purse just for that ride -

I would buy 10 day tickets. The difference in price is negligible. And you may decide you want to see Illuminations or Wishes or something, or you could end a day in the parks with Disney Quest, and another at the Boardwalk. Having the tickets gives you added flexibility.

I suggest flip flops for Kali; you will get soaked, and sneakers are not comfortable when wet!!! And a ziplock bag for your phone is a good idea, though my stuff has never gotten wet without one.

never thought about an annual pass, good idea!
