Can't believe I'm planning next years biggie already
Off to Barcelona on Thursday and Paris another 3 weeks after that. - Yeay!!!!
No Disney - Booooo!!!
Anyhoo, earlier this year Zach and I got bumped (by an hour- woooow!!) from a United flight so i got freebie tickets for next year - YEAY!!!! (must post that TR sometime) and visited DL on the second leg of our 3 centre holiday - Fantastic!!!
Mini Highlights - Breakfast at Goofy's, Dancing in the Parade - wwwwooowww!!! and half empty parks - 8 time in a row on the grizzly bear rapids - drip, squelch!!! and Zach doing Maliboomer 6 times on the trot!!
Amyway - back to the topic - This year my folks are looking after both kids and I get to take a grown up - YEAY!!!! He hate Disney - Boooo!!!
I DON'T CARE -hahahahaha - manic laughter - he's leaving the planning all up to me and is trusting me explicitly - FOOL!!!!! As I have donated the flights - he's paying for the rooms - hahahahaha - more manic laughter - Concierge here we goooooooo!!!!
My cunning plan is to hammer him with the Disney section right at the beginning of the holiday so if he really does hate it, then the rest of the holiday will be amaaazing!!!
So far -
Landing at LA - straight to one of the hotels - which one - ???No idea yet., then 3 days of Disney - well maybe with a soupcon of Universal thrown in.
Then off on the Amtrack - Coast Sunlight and up to San Luis Obispo to the Madonna Inn for 2 nights - google this place - tres amaaazing!!
Then off to Salem OR for 1 night - niiice - haven't found a b& B for this one yet.
We're back on the train for Seattle - Get to sleep on it - oooh!!!
Seattle for 2 nights at the Gaslight Inn and then sleeping on the train again until we get to San Francisco for 4 nights!!!
My 40th B/day falls on the San Francisco end so I'm going for a nice Napa Valley Wine tour, methinks - he's the driver and it's MY birthday so I will do more tasting than just a tad - hahaha!!
I think I enjoy planning more than the taking - holidays that is -
