We leave Sat for 8 nights. Do I need to bring coffee filters, etc or do they have enough for all 8 nights. I always bring extra hangers (the kind you get at the dry cleaners) and soap, etc.

Last week it was so cold in Ny and snow is predicted for this week. I can't wait to get to warmer weather.

They had the prepackaged coffee/filter in the ones that we had. We did fine, because we had 3 of the units and only one coffeee drinker (he got all of them). You'll probably need to bring them yourself for 8 days.

Also, I hate to take home dirty clothes, so I had a small bottle of washing liquid (actually got it at the Wal-Mart Supercenter when we bought groceries).

We didn't need extra hangers, but I didn't hang anything up! :rotfl:

if you are doing laundry, also bring dryer sheets! This is something I forget every time! :rolleyes1

its good that you are bringing hangers as I think the unit only has 10.

use this link & then click on miscellaneous unit inventory to see what all your unit will be stocked with upon arrival:
http://cypresspointe.net/inventory.html

you will get a small trial size bottle of palmolive dish detergent that should last the whole time you are there, I think 2 packets of coffee/filters, 1 roll of paper towels, & 1 dishwasher tablet in your little welcome basket. In the laundry area I believe they leave 1 or 2 single load packets of laundry detergent. In the bathroom(s) will be a small size soap for hand washing and then a slightly larger bar soap for showering (definately not a full size bar though). Also a tiny bottle of shampoo & conditioner. Remember that your unit will have a jacuzzi tub, if you want bubbles, bring your own or maybe use the shampoo that is supplied for the bubbles. I dont think they supply little lotion bottles so bring lotion.

Thanks, I am prepared. I like Cheer, so I'm bringing some with me. Also packed Bounce sheets, sponge, napkins, extra toilet paper, kleenex tissues, etc. We usually rent condos when we travel, so I'm a pro at packing.

Also, when I went to the website, the inventory page wouldn't come up.

We just returned from Cypress Pointe grandvillas so I'm not sure if the inventory is the same, but one thing we wished we had was a non-stick frying pan for cooking breakfast meats, eggs etc.

I remember thinking the exact same thing.

Next time we stay there, if we're there for more than a couple of days I am going to bring either a non-stick skillet or a big can of non-stick cooking spray with me, that would have made life a lot easier.

The other thing I brought that made our lives at CP much happier was a small travel can of room freshener to keep the master bathroom from, erm, polluting our living quarters. :rotfl:

I'm going here in June also so this info is very helpful and greatly appreciated!

forgot a big one (for me anyway) no hair dryers....

while a place would have a swimming pool but no hair dryers.

anyway so be sure to bring one. or you might find yourself walking over to Walgreen to purchase one.....:rolleyes1

Very good point! I forgot about that too. I generally pack one (unless I know for sure there will be one), so I was okay, but it could be a problem for someone else. :thumbsup2

I always bring mine, for I find many times the dryers provided take forever for me to dry my hair. QUESTION I'm packing coffee filters. I'm assuming it the Mr. Coffee type filters.

I don't think coffee - but the ones in the unit was the coffee and the filters together. have no idea of the brand?

if you bring the wrong brand - there is both a Walgreen and Winnie Dixie in walking distance.
