Itemized folio on checkout?

I'd like to track spending throughout the parks on our trip, and I plan on paying for everything via charging to my room. I will keep receipts where I can (do snack places give receipts?) but I'd like to know that all the data will be recorded on my hotel folio for easier access. How will my charges be displayed? Will it be itemized by location and time (I go to Via Napoli twice, I see two charges) or just a big lump sum?

You will see a single line item for each time you charge something. You won't see the details of what was charged. For example, you go to Mouse Gear and buy 6 items totaling $267. You'll see a line item on your folio for Mouse Gear (with date) and $267.

If you happen to go to Mouse Gear twice on the same day, there will be two separate line items on your folio.

You'll receive a "Guest Pay Invoice" that will look like a spreadsheet. In fact, it can be copied and pasted into Excel.

Column 1 - date

Column 2 - Description - an example: I have EC France Boulangerie Patisserie Food POS, another example - YB Beach Club Marketplace - Merchandise POS - (for the refillable mug we purchased) - it will list a beverage purchase as "beverage" instead of food, in some cases, but other than that there isn't any detail to the items purchased

Column 3 - Property - example: Epcot, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, etc (where the transaction occurred)

Column 4 - room number

Column 5 - charged by: the name of the person who charged the item

Column 6 - charges

Column 7 - Payments - it has our original deposit, the payment for the outstanding room balance at check in, and a final payment at check out for the items purchased during the trip

Column 8 - balance

Great, thanks! I don't care if I can't see how much a dessert cost, as long as I can see I spent whatever at ohana for breakfast, and a different entry if I went back for lunch the same day.

also, you can go down and request a copy at any time to see where you are budget wise.
