Item left in room

DD checked out of Polynesian today and left a ring on the bathroom counter. Is there a list of phone numbers or email addresses for resort lost/found/etc? Or should we just call the Poly main number?

If you’re not in the area anymore contact the above email from kaytieeldr. They may phone you asking for more info or forward you to the central lost & found. We’ve had good luck with lost & found, but we were usually still onsite when we realized we lost something. Once one of my daughters left a bathing suit coverup on a hook on bathroom door when we changed resorts for split stay. They sent it on to our new resort. Another time the other daughter left a ring or bracelet in woman’s wash room of Narcoossees. It was found and sent to our resort that night. And yet another time my 1st daughter’s purse flew out of vehicle in Space Mtn! It was our last ride of our last day. WDW mailed it home.

I hope you get your ring back. I've had things sent home that were left in the room. The item with the most value being a set of car keys I put on the dresser that got shoved back behind the TV. Ugh. So happy I wasn't driving myself home from the airport!

My husband left his iPad plugged into the wall at the Poly a few years ago. Since we had only left a few hours earlier and it was likely the room hadn't been cleaned yet they transferred him to someone at the resort (it wasn't lost and found he spoke with). Someone went to the room and called him back to tell him they had the iPad and then they shipped it to him at no charge, overnight which we thought was awesome.
