I know it has been a while since I have posted new pictures, that is mainly because it was winter and we really haven't been anywhere. Spring is slowly arriving as did some special visitors from the U.S., so we have been out and about and I thought I would share some pictures with my DIS friends.
Here is a shot of the old city wall that surrounded the city.
A shot of the arena.
Romeo and Juliet's balcony and courtyard.
A statue of Juliet. In the background you can see notes that were left by current day lovers declaring their love.
Graffiti on the courtyard walls left by current day lovers. There is gum stuck to the wall amongst the graffiti where people have left their messages as well.
A statue of Dante in Dante's square.
The Bell Tower as seen from the back of Dante's square.
Some of the many bells in the tower. (There were over 300+ stairs to reach the top).

I remember plenty of Germany and Colorado Springs though! LOL I wish I could go back and play tourist. The pictures you posted are gorgeous! Thanks
