Just got a phone call from my mom saying I need a passport. The guy she's dating is Italian, and he has family over in Italy. So summer 2007 we are going to fly over there, and spend a few weeks there.

I also guess my mom and this guy are going to tie the knot while we are over there. It was strange because when she told me this she said, "we're going to get married while we are over there". It sounded like "your going to get married while we are over there.

So yeah, scimmia negli Italia. I also might wear a Liverpool Soccer jersey when we go to Milan. Anybody who is a worldwide soccer fan will get that.

I think he's great. I would actually prefer my mom in his hands rather than the last guy she was married to, (my step dad), and maybe even my dad.

I wish I could go, I'm Italian/French/German/Scottish..Lol yes anyways..I speak some Italian and the scenery is beautiful from all the pictures. You'll have lots of fun, trust me on that.

Well, I guess I might not be staying with them the whole 3 weeks. My mom's boyfriend wants to fly me home a week into the trip. Although my mom doesn't want that, because she isn't comfortable about me flying international alone. But if I do stay the whole 3 weeks, just about everywhere. Rome, Veinice, Florence, Pisa, Bolagna, Milan.

Ehh.... I didn't really care much for Rome. The Colisseum, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican were all nice, but the city itself is pretty dirty. Florence and Venice are beautiful, but what's best about Italy is the scenery outside the cities. It's NOTHING like you would see in America.

I can't wait to go to Rome. It honestly can't be as bad as some areas of Detroit and Miami.

Italians are way different from Americans. When I went there at every restaurant you were cramped together, but I guess us Americans just like our "personal space".

It was a really nice city...my favorite part was the Colosseum; that was wicked cool!
