It works to complain to epoll about reward fullfillment.

My DD emailed epoll about a week & 1/2 ago about not receiving her reward....it came in the mail today. I seriously don't think they'll send it if you don't complain as I've had to remind them every time...but it usually comes right after I complain to them though. Wonder why that is? Do they think we forget or something?

I've emailed then & complained twice and still no reward!
Guess I'll go an email them AGAIN right now!
