We just returned home from 5 wonderful nights at the BCV. I have to say, if there was ever a second thought if we did the right thing buying in, NOT ANY MORE! We were in room 401, a 2 bedroom facing the courtyard and valet area. We got there at 9 am on Sunday, and they had our room ready. It was really nice to be able to just unload, and head to the park.

As for the room, I found it to have plenty of room for the 5 of us. On Sunday night, we had guest from home stay with us, and we still had plenty of room. On Monday, one of our friends got sick and spent the day in bed until they could check into their room. When they left, I went to the front desk and told them that I had a sick guest, and could I possibly get some cleaning supplies, and new sheets. It was about 10:30 at night and didn’t have time to wash the sheets that were there. The said not a problem at all, and they were there in less than 5 minutes. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was how loud the washer and dryer, and the dishwasher were. As for the thermostat, I didn’t notice any trouble being able to control it. When it got cold, I could turn it up, and the same when it got warm I could turn it down.

The rest of the trip was just a wonderful. We were able to hit all the parks, and ride the rides with minimal wait times. I can only think of a few disappointing moments. On Tuesday we went to EPCOT to watch Illuminations. They were having some technical problems that night. The fountain that was right in front of us wasn’t working at first. When the lake went dark as the world came out, a boat went out and fixed it. Also, the world was having problems. It didn’t turn, and part of one of the countries had the lights out on it. Maybe since they lost GE as the sponsor they don’t have the money to fix it. I walked back over on Wed. with one of my DD and asked where the AP special viewing area was. They told me that as of the first of March, it was gone. I don’t understand why they would do away with a perk like that. We went to Cape May for dinner one night and were told that the DVC discount was gone as well. How nice, more perks going away!

Well, Can’t wait to go back for Christmas and New Years Eve.
