But we now have enought points for a 6 night stay at Hilton Hawaiian village. :cool1:.

Now we just have to get there  .

ETA: This is Hilton Honors points and not DVC. Still a milestone for me!

Did you borrow in years past ? We're hoping to go to Mexico in June of 2006 for a week... I thought thru II the most it could cost was 260 pts for a 2 bedroom.

Sorry--NOT DVC.....I forget that there are different kinds of "points" out there.

Nope--this is from our Hilton Honors account----we are at 188,000.....the resort is 40,000 points but b/c of our level we get a break at 175,000 for 6 nights.

My apologies for the confusion!

Congrats, Lisa! I'm a bit jealous... ;)

That's a nice area of Waikiki to stay in...a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Kalakaua Ave. We stayed in the Hale Koa (military) right next door and it was very nice too. Hope you have a great trip! :flower:

Congratulations! It is a top-notch resort, we were lucky enough to stay in the Lagoon Tower and attended a wedding on the premises.

I don't know if you'll be traveling with children, but their kids activities and parade were really fun, we also enjoyed the museum, and the turtle feeding.

Have a great trip! :)

I have to wait until Oct 2006....but it will be fun. Yes our children are going...one big family vacation with some of my siblings and mom as well.
